When you place an order you'll get an on-screen confirmation, and we'll follow up by email. Your order is an offer to buy — we accept it when we confirm it and get it ready. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything you've paid) if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Please make sure your contact details and delivery address are correct. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are confirmed after you order, before your order ships. Card payments are processed securely by Square; if you choose to pay offline, we'll be in touch with how to pay, and your order ships once payment is received.

Our sauce is a food product made in small batches, so each jar can vary slightly in color and texture. Please read the ingredients on each product page and on the label before eating, especially if you have allergies or dietary needs — and if you have any questions, ask us before you buy. Follow the storage instructions on the label (refrigerate after opening).
We work hard to keep product information, photos and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before going ahead.
The name "My Brother's Onions," our logo, photography, written content and design belong to us. You're welcome to link to our site and talk about us truthfully, but please don't reuse our logo, photos or text without written permission — just ask, we're friendly.
Our site links to other websites, including our retail partners and the studio that built this site. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
