From our kitchen to your table — here's how we get your jars to you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
We currently ship orders placed through our online shop to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the US and would love a jar, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Local to Long Island? You can also pick up a jar at our retail partners.
Every jar is made in small batches and packed by hand. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are confirmed with you after you place your order, before it ships. We'll let you know when your order is on its way, along with tracking details where available.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Carriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, holidays or other events outside our control — if your order seems to be taking too long, just let us know and we'll chase it for you.
We pack every order carefully, but glass jars occasionally have a rough trip. If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund — your choice.
Because our sauce is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars, or of unopened jars once they've left us, for food safety reasons. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please reach out — we'll always try to make it right.
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it and refund anything you've paid.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds are processed through Square and usually appear on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Store unopened jars somewhere cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening. Please check the label on your jar for its best-by date.
We're a small family team and we read every message. Reach us through the form on our Find Us page.
